Biography

PRESENTATION:
  • My research project aims to understand the production of social inequalities in the first mathematical knowledge objects (numeration and arithmetic) during CP (or Year 1). It comprises a comparative dimension, studying how the variation of teaching practices may affect the success of these first learning processes. I am attached to sociology, but also work with the findings of other disciplines, especially history, cognitive science and didactics of mathematics.
