PhD Thesis Subject : Between Financialization and Legal Sovereignty, Who Truly Wields Justice on French Financial Markets?: The dynamics of collective action and the interpretation of financial regulation within the enforcement commitee of the Autorité des marchés financiers

Pablo Aubert-Lacombe is a sociologist and socioeconomist at the École Normale Supérieure de Paris. He is a researcher at the Maurice Halbwachs Center and an affiliated researcher at the Paris School of Economics. His work focuses on the political sociology of the state and the economy, as well as on law and society. Pablo also studies white-collar crime, the historical sociology of financial regulation, and the history of financial markets.
In 2025, he received a research grant from the Historical Archives Service of the Banque de France to support his doctoral research.
